There's no nonsense with Gaurav. He's that rare estate agent who prides himself on skipping the BS. He worked ridiculously hard to make the sale of my flat happen. To the point that I almost feel that he doesn't charge enough. Gaurav went above and beyond what you might expect from an estate agent. Without him, I don't think the sale would have happened.
